What does 'made to order' mean?

It means we only create your item after you’ve made a purchase—nothing sits on shelves waiting. This helps reduce waste and keeps our production more sustainable.

What is a blank?

A "blank" is a product that's ready to be designed on. Right now, we use the Comfort Colors 1717 t-shirt—it's a high-quality shirt with a relaxed fit, perfect for your wardrobe.

Who are Comfort Colors?

Comfort Colors provide our blank t-shirts. That is, the blank product that we create our designs on.

We chose Comfort Colors® as they create pigment-dyed shirts, inspired by nature. After 45 years of perfecting their process, they offer vibrant colours and incredible comfort. Their shirts are made from 100% U.S. grown, ring-spun cotton for a soft, relaxed fit.

We love Comfort Colors for their commitment to sustainability— they report that their Pigment Pure™ process uses 3x less water, 40% less time, and consumes less energy than traditional dyeing methods.

How do I place an order?

Just pick your size on the product page, add it to your cart, then hit the shopping bag icon (top right) when you're ready. Follow the on-screen steps to add your delivery details and payment info, then submit your order. You'll get a confirmation email once it's all done.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once an order is placed. Since everything is made to order, we’re unable to stop the production process once it starts.

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving it—but we can't cover the return shipping costs. Check out our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

How do I get in touch about my order?

Just head to our contact form on the website and drop us a message with your order number and query —we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Where do you ship to?

Right now, we’re shipping within the UK only—but don’t worry, we’ve got big plans to go global soon. Stay tuned!

How long will my order take to get to me?

We aim to get your order to you within 4-6 business days. We make everything to order, so it takes a little longer—but it means less waste and a more sustainable way to shop.

Can I track my order?

Yep! You’ll get a tracking link in your order confirmation email—just keep an eye on your inbox.

What do I do if I haven't received my order after a week?

First, check your tracking link and reach out to the shipping provider as they'll have the most up to date information. Still no luck? Drop us an email at talktome@evolvingaccents.store, and we’ll sort it out.

How do I return my order?

Not happy with your purchase? Send us an email at talktome@evolvingaccents.store and include your order number and the reason for your return.
